Accountant

We are seeking an Accountant to join our Accounting department. The ideal candidate can work in a team as well as individually. This position offers the opportunity to perform accounting duties such as month and year end, AP/AR and bank reconciliation for multiple entities.

Responsabilities:

  • Generate billing files
  • Help with month/year end cycle to post accounting
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Process refunds
  • Answer customer services calls and process payments if needed
  • Record bank/credit fees monthly
  • Assist the Fiscal Department with payroll each week

We are seeking a talented and experienced IBMi (AS/400, iSeries) Programmer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing business applications on the IBMi platform, while supporting modern integration initiatives including REST API development and consumption. This role bridges legacy systems with new technologies to streamline business operations and data flows.

Key Responsabilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain programs on the IBMi platform using RPG III (for legacy code maintenance), CL, and SQL; all new development will be done using fully free-format RPG in line with modern best practices.
  • Create and consume RESTful APIs to integrate IBMi applications with web-based and cloud systems.
  • Work with JSON, XML, and other data formats for data interchange.
  • Maintain existing legacy codebases by adhering to original coding styles and standards, ensuring stability and consistency.
  • Apply modern coding practices and architecture when developing new applications, features, or services.
  • Participate in modernization efforts including API enablement and external system integration.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize IBMi batch and interactive jobs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, analysts, and infrastructure teams.
  • Develop and manage scheduled jobs, secure file transfers (FTP/SFTP), and system automation.
  • Maintain documentation, follow team development standards, and participate in code reviews.
  • Work as a team player, communicate effectively with colleagues, and support shared project goals.
  • Adapt quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of professional experience developing on IBMi (AS/400, iSeries) platforms.
  • Strong proficiency with RPG III, CL, and DB2 for i (SQL).
  • Experience building and consuming REST APIs using tools/libraries like HTTPAPI, YAJL, or equivalents.
  • Solid understanding of web service protocols and data formats (REST, HTTP, JSON, XML).
  • Familiarity with file structures, batch processes, and job schedulers on IBM i.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Required or willing to learn:
    • Visual Studio Code with IBMi extensions
    • GitHub, including branching, pull requests, and version control workflows

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
  • Experience with API security, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, or API keys
  • Prior experience working on IBMi modernization or hybrid systems
  • Experience creating or maintaining stored procedures and user-defined functions (UDFs) in DB2 for i
  • Experience with change management systems (e.g., TurnOver, Aldon, Implementer, etc.)
  • Experience with integration platforms or API gateways
  • Familiarity with IBM Access Client Solutions (ACS) and Rational Developer for i (RDi)
  • Strong ability to dive deep into legacy IBMi codebases, understand their structure and logic, and support troubleshooting, refactoring, or modernization efforts.

We’re looking for a Lead Distribution Coordinator to manage the seamless flow of sales leads throughout our organization. The role handles lead routing between agents and internal systems, maintains accurate lead tracking, and ensures prompt processing and communication at every step.
The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer service. Their work is essential to supporting our team’s success.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate lead inventory and oversee distribution to agents across multiple agencies.
  • Coordinate lead orders from agents, including verifying availability, assigning leads, and processing payments.
  • Ensure timely and accurate lead dispersal using internal systems and Excel/Google Sheets tracking tools.
  • Respond to emails and phone calls promptly while maintaining professional and friendly communication.
  • Monitor lead demand and adjust offerings based on lead type, availability, and agency needs.
  • Prepare and manage digital reports for purchased leads to ensure traceability and accountability.
  • Track and document changes to lead orders, including adjustments to pricing, payment methods, and agent notes.
  • Help open and process direct mail leads as needed.
  • Contact agents proactively to assign leads and confirm receipt or order fulfillment.
  • Meet or exceed weekly goals related to lead distribution volume and accuracy.
  • Assist in pricing leads appropriately based on lead type and value.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records across multiple spreadsheets and databases.
  • Collaborate with internal team members in a professional and solution-oriented manner.

Requirements

We are seeking a Licensing Coordinator ensure the best service for our agents and agencies. This role verifies agent backgrounds, fields inbound and outbound agent calls, maintains agent paperwork and creates an unforgettable customer service experience for new and existing agents.
